Scavenger Hunt Ideas

Ready to tear up your house in the name of festive fun? A holiday scavenger hunt is the perfect way to burn off that heavy holiday dinner and stir up some loud competition among your guests.

We don't do simple "find the hidden candy cane" hunts. We do photo challenges, complex riddles, and neighborhood-wide chaotic sprints.

The Photo Challenge Hunt

Give each team a list of highly specific, ridiculous scenarios they must photograph to earn points. They have exactly 45 minutes.

Sample Photo List

  • The entire team crammed into a bathtub wearing winter coats (10 pts)
  • Recreating the nativity scene using kitchen utensils (15 pts)
  • A stranger holding a gingerbread man (50 pts, neighborhood mode only)
  • Someone wrapped entirely in toilet paper like a snowman (20 pts)
